Creative Directing a refreshed visual identity, new website, and future digital product projects for Jigsaw, a unit within Google that explores threats to open societies, and builds technology that inspires scalable solutions.

Helped lead a team of visual designers, motion designers, copywriters, and researchers, alongside brand strategists, and producers, working directly with the Jigsaw marketing team to reimagine their brand’s visual and verbal identity.

Brought in by an agency to help direct creative and design with a team transforming the future of image-based search for Google, impacting more than a billion web users.

Collaborated with an agency team including product designers, visual designers, motion/interaction designers, and producers, along with a cross-functional team across the Google organization including UXR, Engineering, Product, and Executive to concept, create, and document a foundational design system, visual language, and unique automated art direction engine.

We broke Figma more than once, proved ourselves as an outside team capable of influencing the core Google search product, and managed to earn a few mission badges along the way. You’re starting to see elements of our work tested across Google search.

Serving as board president for the historic Brandon Mill Community in West Greenville, SC, including community organization, event planning, budget allocation, and coordinating with residents, property owners, city and county representatives, non-profit leaders, and real estate developers.
