Hey, I'm Blainer Costa, a simple Product Designer and AI explorer from Brazil. I believe that design is the ultimate form of self-expression.
Work Experience
As a Senior Product Designer in the ONM team, I am responsible for conducting the entire research process with the team, building and maintaining the web and app products, and leading the team based on business metrics.

Work for the largest infoproduct school in Brazil.
Company created by me, to act in specific demands of some customers who requested improvements and creation of products or management systems, working in the design and implementation of solutions.
Acting as Product Designer & Head of Design in solutions for internal process systems, websites, landing pages and apps for big clients in Brazil, including clients such as Heineken Group, Natura, Bayer, Big Pharmas, Petrópolis Group, Saint Gobain, among others. And also in the development and coordination of processes and implementation of internal products for the company.
I worked with UX/UI Design and front-end development in the creation and implementation of e-commerces, systems, blogs, websites and landing pages.
Side Projects
I created the first community in Brazil focused on AI and its application in business. The community is free and helps people learn and grow in this field.
