Work Experience
This product was launched in October 2023 as Google Merchant Center Next.
Collaborated with the UX Research team to provide feedback on prototypes for a new Google Merchant Center dashboard that integrates all of their digital marketing tools: Shopping, Ads, Analytics, Business Profile.
Defined the most important analytics for the dashboard, identified pain points with Google Shopping in relation to e-commerce logistics, and structured the user flow to align with marketing campaign strategies.
Provided user experience feedback for mobile and web apps with over 50 companies in tech, product, and e-commerce (Adobe, Uber, Amazon, Meta, Oculus, Notion, Slack, Canva, Intuit, Eventbrite, Grammarly, Hinge, Asana).
Engaged in 90-minute co-design sessions with UX researchers, designers, and engineers from Meta (Marketing Dashboard: Instagram/Facebook Business), Disney (Game Design: Disney Speedstorm), ASUS (Product Design: ProArt for Professional Creators), Monotype (Marketing: Typography for Designers).
