2022

Created flow diagrams, journey maps, content design. Shipped aesthetically-pleasing wireframes and prototypes for end-to-end telehealth app experience.

I created and organized components into a series of Figma libraries to support the product design team at this Series B start-up.

2021

Case study featuring my design and user research for a mobile app for health plan consumers with Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Kansas City.

I designed the end-to-end digital experience, which resulted in improved access to health plans, a success rate of 93.3% in user testing and overall satisfaction score of 8.23 of 10.

I worked with leadership to drive vision and creation of a design system with over 15 Figma libraries. I worked directly with front-end engineers to define, document and deliver design standards for teams both internal and external.

2018
Design System at Garmin

I analyzed the Garmin Connect product across web, Android and iOS to derive standards. Crafted pixel-perfect Android, iOS and web components in service of a 20-person UX team. My leadership and contributions yielded early versions of the Garmin Design System.

A case study featuring my work for Garmin Connect, a fitness app used by millions of consumers around the world. I crafted aesthetically-pleasing wireframes, defined interactions and coded pixel-perfect HTML prototypes.

This product helps running and cycling athletes plan and prep for their next outdoor workout.
