My responsibilities included developing and executing product strategies, setting ambitious objectives, and creating top-notch interactions, visual designs, and prototypes.

I also took charge of defining and aligning our approach to design quality while providing guidance and mentorship to our designers. My work further involved visualizing complex scenarios and interactions between merchants and creators, which helped inform critical software decision-making.

Launched several initiatives to help merchants worldwide to grow their business across social surfaces like Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok.

Led UX for ReferralCandy—an automated referral program for online stores that increases revenue.

Improved CandyBar—a rewards program for small merchants through research-led and mission-focused initiatives.

As a design manager, I hired and shaped the design team, supported product strategy, and influenced marketing and brand design for both products.

I built and developed a design team from the ground up and played a crucial role in creating a thriving design culture. I introduced frameworks for the design, product, and marketing teams, ensuring our systems were future-proof.

I streamlined the food ordering process on different platforms and led important projects for websites and mobile apps. Our primary objective was to create a seamless checkout experience for food commerce in India, ultimately contributing to the company's valuation of over $25 million.

I started as the first interaction designer and eventually became a creative director, overseeing a team of over 15 designers in the USA, Europe, and India.

My design work included creating iOS, Android, and web products for various clients, including large corporations like Intel, IBM, General Electric, the US Army, and smaller startups. During this time, the company also raised funding and eventually got acquired for $15M.
