Work Experience

2022 — 2023

At Webiz - a Hebrew digital agency, I was a senior product designer and chapter lead. Here I've worked on both external projects (startups based in Tel Aviv) as well as internal project - the most important one at that time. It was a recruiting portal that would automate all processes inside Webiz. Also I was in charge of redesigning webiz.com

Epam was my first "Big Company," where for the first time I had a chance to work on international projects, with huge, multinational teams of about 50. This was also my first time getting familiar with corporate culture.

2020 — 2020
Tbilisi, Georgia

In Wandio, I had a chance to work on Georgia's biggest e-commerce websites, where we challenged UX, unique UI, and conversion rate optimization.

I have worked on building a development website with an additional feature of calculating the project price according to your needs online.

2019 — 2020

ABK was a design studio. I worked there when it was twice nominated as "Best Design Agency in Georgia". In UI/UX, all design decisions were mine since I was only a designer in that direction. The company had great design practices in other areas like branding, graphic design, art direction, and 3D. This was the job that challenged my creativity the most, At some point, I was involved in the branding project of the Georgian Firefighter Department

2018 — 2018
UI / UX Designer at Goodweb
Tbilisi, Georgia

While at my first job, I learned how to create website templates for clients. There, I created more than 50 websites (eCommerce, landing pages and more) with limitations due to the framework. This experience helped me gain knowledge on how to work with limitations by a framework while still creating unique landing pages and eCommerce shops.

McDonald's is one of the most popular fast-food restaurant chains in most countries, and Georgia is one of them. The brand guidelines were recently updated. The marketing team at Mcdonald's Georgia decided they needed to reflect those changes on their website. The old design was outdated. The users found it hard to get the information they needed. The lack of white space caused the site to appear crowded, making it more difficult for customers to navigate around the pages.
