  • Activity: To focus on the conversion rates in the checkout funnel for the web and mobile app. This requires a redesign of the UX/UI to enhance user-oriented design. Some of the proposed changes include reducing the number of steps from the product page and replacing the traditional username/password authentication with a passwordless system using OTP as the main user identifier.

  • Results: Analysis of the conversion rates for the first 90 days post-release reveals significant increases across the multi-channel network.

  • Activity: Designed Amal's e-commerce design system for the web. This involved utilizing market research and case studies conducted by an external agency.

  • Results: Created a consistent UX/UI flow across the website. Additionally, I initiated the design process for the iOS app, though it was postponed during my tenure at Amal.

2021 — 2022
  • Activity: Played a key role in the creative development of UI storyboards and digital assets for a diverse portfolio of e-commerce platforms, including feelunique.com (acquired by sephora.com), isawitfirst.ae, and na-kd.ae.

  • Results: Improved user experience and increased overall website engagement through the application of strong design skills and creativity, ensured design alignment with project goals, technical requirements, and user needs by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

2020 — 2021

  • Activity: Create a user-friendly mobile app for exclusive content and streaming for Arab superstars. No design system or case studies were used for this project. Additionally, in the same company, the main project I worked on involved redesigning the UI and enhancing the UX for a karaoke app. However, the app was later shut down.

  • Developed a distinctive brand look and feel through the creation of eye-catching digital assets.

  • Designed and created effective websites for small to medium-sized businesses through the Packman platform, improving the overall customer experience.

  • Provided retail businesses with a comprehensive solution for entering the e-commerce market through the Packman Portal, enabling a smooth and professional transition.
