Hi, I'm Bayu. An engineering manager and also frontend enthusiast focused on driving results through people's growth and technical excellence.

Previously work in Bukalapak to help empowering both users and communities to create a fair economy for all.

I've been a Frontend Engineer for 5++ years and have worked with a variety of technologies, including Javascript, VueJS, Typescript and currently interested in React.

Shaping SmartSeller engineering team to provide web application that will simplify selling process—from managing transactions to inventory control especially for all seller in Indonesia

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define project requirements.

  • Provide technical leadership and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.

  • Actively discussed with the product manager to design, technically asses and execute the feature roadmap and improve specific business KPIs.

Provide Bukalapak to help empowering both users and communities to create a fair economy for all.

  • Develop a lot of admin page in Bukalapak, policies page for users and products.

  • Transforming legacy frontend code into modern micro-frontend with Vue.

  • Initiate PWA for Penggerak Bukalapak, used by 100+ users to convert offline to online seller.

  • Develop several landing pages in Bukalapak.

  • Maintain Seller Center, platform for Seller in Bukalapak used by 1000++ sellers.
