- Redesigned and launched Centered v5.0 for macOS, web, and iOS apps and established a design system across platforms.
- Conducted user research and usability tests for Centered v5.0.
- Designed gamification experience to help the users build a habit.
- Redesigned community features, including creating a group, chatting, and sharing.
2020 — 2021
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia
- Conducted user research via focus groups and user interviews, and identified common problems they face while using mobile payments.
- As a sole Product Designer, I designed Hipay Wallet Mobile App (iOS and Android), website, merchant app, and POS interface.
- Designed an NFC Payment feature for Bus Card Recharging. And, after release, I redesigned the feature to increase successful transactions from 25% to 90%.
- Launched the Hipay Wallet successfully. In the first week, it topped App Store and Play Store at #1.
- Helped scale product design team from 1 person to 3 person team and trained two Junior Designers.
