At the start of 2019, I worked on the redesign of Orderbit using Material Design in preparation to scale the product to new markets. Orderbit is an online medicine delivery app that provides an expansive search engine and allows pharmacies to order medical products from different suppliers.

### **Wireframes**

The Orderbit team had a general idea of their desired design and shared screenshots of the previous app with me. Utilizing those references, I proceeded to develop the wireframes for the new design.

### **Typography / Colors**

The preliminary design of Orderbit had a pale green color. For the new version, I made sure that the color remains but with a slightly brighter shade. Additionally, as a secondary color, I added an orange hue to create contrast when applied to buttons, sliders, switches, selected text, etc.

I did an audit of the existing UI to see what to replace with a pre-existing Material component, and what new components I needed to design to deliver the full experience.

In redesigning the uWork website, our main objective was to tackle the issues of the previous version, which was difficult to navigate and took users a lot of time to find what they needed.

### **Foundations**

By establishing foundations early in the redesign process, we ensured that uWork's new design would deliver a consistent and visually appealing experience for its users. The choice of typography, such as the 'Mr Eaves XL' typeface for its friendly and bold personality, and the 'Nunito Sans' typeface for its readability, helps convey the desired message and tone.

Similarly, colors play a crucial role in distinguishing and unifying the brand across different mediums. Green represents growth and vitality, symbolizing the progressive nature of the platform. For uWork's website, we've created compatible components. These components are the key building blocks that work together to create an effective online presence and communicate uWork's message to its target audience.

### **Results**

The design and implementation of the uWork website was successfully launched at the beginning of 2020. User feedback, compared to the previous website, has shown significant improvement - a great success.

### **Concept & Keywords**

The goal was to create a logo that is modern, minimal, and professional and incorporates a tech-inspired aesthetic. Combining the square and round brackets creates a sense of modernity and a tech-inspired aesthetic, while the letter “D” is used to emphasize the company's name.

Logo Design for Devbyte — a tech-focused company

During my time at [Ornio](http://ornio.no), I led an effort to design a brand and visual identity for a digital product called UUPLOAD — an in-house hosting application, representing an easy and secure way to exchange files between partners, customers, and users. I wanted UUPLOAD to stand out and reflect trust, security, and user-friendly functionality through a clean and modern look.

### Logo Idea

For the UUPLOAD identity, I aimed for a friendly, approachable, and strong logo that reflects boldness and trust in a simple way. The idea was to apply FORM + FUNCTION as principles to the "U" mark while keeping it minimal & expendable.

With carefully hand-selected colors I aimed to present UUPLOAD identity in a safe and trusted way. Blue is the helper, the friend in need, it is a giver, not a taker. Dark Blue builds strong & trusting relationships. Orange is the perfect complement to the Blue color and stimulates two-way interaction between people.

Collaborating with Makerspace was something I wanted to do for quite some time. I knew the team from other projects and the amazing work they are doing to develop and promote a digital ecosystem in the area of Prizren by interconnecting science and education with the industrial and business sectors, mainly focusing on modern job creation in the various fields of information and communication technology (ICT).

### **Logo**

The Makerspace logo skillfully blends two ideas. The mark draws inspiration from Makerspace's core value of "innovation in motion" and includes the first letter of the organization's name.

Finding a typography that paired well with the mark, without detracting from it, proved to be a challenge. I explored a number of options before settling on the Moderat sans-serif typeface.

### **Visual Language**

While the mark is an instantly recognizable symbol of the organization — the supporting visual language is crucial to fully convey its values. The primary Makerspace typeface is Moderat, a clean and elegant font used consistently across branding, web design, and printed materials. In addition, the primary brand color is orange, symbolizing growth, distinctiveness, and energy.

As the Makerspace brand evolved, so did its website. Makerspace needed a website that would not only help communicate its new position but also effectively showcase its programs, courses, and services.

### **Results**

The project wasn’t finished until Makerspace was completely satisfied. The end result is a great new logo together with a clean and crisp website that speaks with their voice and tells their story.

### **Project Overview**

In late 2020, Ornio underwent its most sig­nif­i­cant re­brand, marking a new marketing focus. We aimed to attract bigger, more technologically complex clients and recognized the need for a brand that aligned with our ambitious plans for the future. I was tasked with creating a bold new identity and designing a website that would not only draw in more prospects but also enhance our search rankings, all while reflecting the new brand's aesthetic.

Since the redesign, we've noticed a marked improvement in our analytics. The time on the page increased significantly and we've gained significantly more conversions on our website. ### **Project Overview**

So, back when I was at Ornio, we had this idea to create a tool for managing job postings and applicants within our company. As we added more features, our team started using it more and more. With that spark of an idea, we designed a simple logo and put up a snazzy marketing website. And guess what? That's how Discovr.plus was born! It went from being just an internal thing to a full-blown applicant tracking system and recruiting platform.
