Problem Statement:
We are a 50+ Yrs offline coffee shop, but we are facing problems by only being patronized by older demographics and not younger demographics, in order to get the younger demographics also to patronize we have decided to have an online presence.
Solution Statement:
After consulting, We decided on creating an online community presence that entails an app where our customers can make orders. Our target users are the younger demographics from age 15-40 years to be able to access it to be able to be a user.
Work Experience
As a UX/UI Designer for FISKALTRUST, I focused primarily on improving the user experience of the management portal website that our customers use to obtain and roll out Fiskaltrust's products. My responsibilities included conducting UX analysis, wireframing, designing the look and flow of new features, and suggesting improvements for existing ones.
