2021 — 2022
Bangalore

As a key member of the Meesho team, I was tasked with adapting the product to cater to the company's shift towards B2C. I played a vital role in the creation of the first version of Meesho's design system, "Mesh," suggesting new UI elements and updating existing ones.

Worked on updating Meesho's web product, creating a seamless payment flow that boosted sales by 3% and website adoption from 0.5% to 6.3%. This payment flow allowed users to make payments from the web, breaking the barrier of Meesho being a purely mobile-first platform.

2020 — 2021
Gurgaon

Focused on identifying inefficiencies and streamlining the mobile and web app's procurement processes. I worked closely with developers and business teams to simplify and redesign the product, making it more user-friendly and effective.

I also designed an interface that automated and centralised quality checks for B2B clients, although the full impact of my work was yet to be realised as the product was still in development.

2020 — 2020
Bangalore

I was instrumental in the design of Console - an all-in-one solution for creating conversational flows, monitoring voice bots, and collecting data to drive improvement. I was responsible for crafting innovative services from the ground up, collecting and analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our objectives. With Console, I played a key role in advancing the state of conversational AI.

The designs I created, increased the team's efficiency and processes by 5X, enabling everyone to execute more tasks.

2019 — 2020
Gurgaon

As a member of the Wheelseye Design team, I streamlined internal processes within an internally used product called "ODIN" and crafted a polished User Interface to enhance the user experience.
I automated the shipper-side invoices, eliminating the need for manual intervention. Additionally, I improved the operator profile section and streamlined the demand creation flow within the product for better organization.
As a side-project, I also rejuvenated the company's branding and logo, making it more approachable and memorable for consumers.

Side Projects

2023

In an effort to acknowledge and reward students for their achievements, we introduced the concept of badges. To add an extra flair, we opted for 3D badges with interactive features, allowing students to showcase their accomplishments proudly on the internet and among their peers.

2022

FURMOJIS is a brainchild that emerged during my college days. I crafted 15 of these whimsical characters using my iPad. Following a surge of encouragement, I decided to showcase them as exclusive NFTs on the WazirX NFT Marketplace.

2020

Wheelseye is experiencing exponential growth, with a strategic focus on expansion and establishing a strong foundation. Having reached a suitable platform and gained visibility in the market, there was a need for impactful branding and developing a distinctive visual identity for the company.
