Projects
Updated the design of the help center to match the upcoming brand changes to the company.
We reorganized the categories and changed the articles' hierarchy to match the application's navigation.
Lastly, we did some smaller performance changes and UX-like breadcrumbs, introduced popular searches, and promoted articles.
Work Experience
In the first 4 months of 2022, the CSM team was working with our Head of Sales, CTO, and external consultants to optimize and structure our onboarding and support.
We looked at the onboarding- and support processes, making sure we created an easy-to-understand and adaptable approach for the customers to use Traede. It's also important for the team internally, that the processes are easy to execute and structured in a way that we all work towards the same goal in all departments.
My main responsibility was to onboard new customers, making sure their onboarding experience was the best possible. We focused on getting the customer to know the product so they feel at home in their daily workflow.
Working with E-Campus in JOE & THE JUICE, where I've maintained our E-Learning database and assisted in developing content.
Education
Graduated with a 10 in Retail. Focus on sales and customer service. Other areas included production, fabrics, economics, and buying skills.
