Work Experience
I joined BTG Pactual in 2019 as the only designer focused on equities, when the design team had just eight members. In 2020, as Chapter Product Designer for Investments, I helped establish a prioritization process for the UX team, leading six designers indirectly.
Promoted to Lead Product Designer in 2021, I built a team to develop BTG Trader, our new trading app, later expanding to products like BTG Content, the bank’s research platform. Over time, we took on the BTG Trader web platform for expert traders, Mynt, BTG’s cryptocurrency platform, and most recently, Kinvo, an investment aggregator. Now, we are also shaping the experience for the BTG Pactual Terminal at Guarulhos Airport.
Today, I lead a multidisciplinary team of 10 talented individuals, contributing to a UX team that has grown to over 80 professionals, including designers, project managers, UX writers, and researchers.
Super Duper Studio was a small design studio I co-founded with three friends, focusing on branding and websites for small and medium-sized businesses. As the lead for web projects, I was responsible for designing and building websites using Webflow, ensuring both aesthetics and functionality.
Running our own studio was an incredible learning experience—beyond design, we had to wear many hats, from account management and financial planning to sales and strategy. This hands-on approach gave me a deep understanding of the business side of design and shaped how I tackle projects today.
Pontomobi was the leading mobile solutions company in Latin America, where I worked on app design, mobile sites, and tablet experiences. My role was to help brands achieve their goals by combining technology and creativity to deliver impactful digital products. With a strong focus on optimizing user experience, I worked to deeply understand users and develop innovative mobile solutions.
I learned a lot in this fast-paced environment, as each day brought a new client with a unique challenge. Some of my key projects included designing a tablet site for Gol Linhas Aéreas and a new layout for Rádio Skol’s website.
