Work Experience
Led design and user experience at the company that acquired Dosh, Cardlytics (CDLX).
Led product for our consumer mobile app. I guide the improvement and success of our apps through user-centricity, metrics and analytics oriented results, and meaningful feature creation and iteration.
Additionally as the Vice President of User Experience and Design I built and managed a team of designers on both the product design and marketing/communications design disciplines. The design spectrum at Dosh included 3 products on multiple platforms, a cross-platform design system and an extensive marketing machine that had high quality, scalable design throughout.
I mentored and guided our design team through tooling, tracking and efficiencies, building and maintaining our design systems and discovery (user testing and research).
I also individually contributed to our software product design, ran usability and research studies and occasionally designed for marketing/communications.
