Worked on digital experiences including the Toronto street car fare system, 5G in-car enabled services for AT&T, and contributed to the overhaul of the information architecture of a major Texas gas and electric energy provider.

2010 — 2013
Elmhurst, IL

Lead the industrial design of access radio control (ARC) products from 2010 to 2013 including the internet gateway for LiftMaster and Chamberlain brands as well as the first versions of the MyQ app that allowed users to check the status and open and close garage doors and lights with the app.

Key responsibilities included: packaging design, industrial design, ux design, wireframes, preparing quarterly presentations for board review as well as conducting ethnographic research, user research, user testing and human factors analysis. I worked on everything from ideation to quality assurance on manufactured products off the line.
