I designed for over 700 clients, crafting unique logos, landing pages, and branding materials that boosted user engagement and client satisfaction.

I improved client engagement by 30% by creating user-centered designs that aligned with business needs and user feedback. I developed user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and style guides, and collaborated effectively with developers and management to deliver polished, intuitive UI elements.

I reviewed and updated PSI documents for the South Area of PT. CPI, communicated changes to stakeholders, and ensured compliance with Chevron standards. I also managed document registration and provided regular project reports.

The aim of this project is similar to that of the CYC Uniform App, as it is also a web application. However, we discovered that the workflow is entirely different from that of CYC Uniform. Despite having the same UI, we adapted the workflow to accommodate these differences and ensure smooth performance.

Simplify is a comprehensive platform designed to empower companies in efficiently managing their service jobs, while ensuring real-time access to critical job information and enhanced scheduling capabilities. It bridges the gap between office management and field operations, enhancing communication and productivity across the board. Field technicians using the mobile app receive instant updates on their assigned tasks. They can access job details, customer information, and any last-minute changes in real-time, leading to prompt and informed decision-making.

Pejaka is a mobile app that helps customers order various services, from air conditioning repairs to craftsmen, with flexible scheduling options. In this project, I developed the admin dashboard, the user mobile app, and the technician mobile app.

This project aims to develop an internal training management system for the company. The system will synchronize employee data with the company's system in real-time. Training management will include creating various training modules and assigning point weights to employees. Employees are required to complete feedback, which may include tests on the training material and evaluations of how the trainer conducted the training. The system is web-based and responsive, with user access levels configured.

The CYC Uniform App is a WEB Based application designed to streamline the manufacturing and management of company uniforms for businesses. With a focus on efficiency and customization, this app empowers companies to effortlessly create, track, and manage a diverse range of uniforms for various clients while also efficiently organizing employee data.

The application is web-based and aims to manage logistics distribution across the company's warehouses and directly to customers. At each warehouse checkpoint, both admins and customers can easily check the status of the distribution.
