Designed and deployed Notion database systems for internal processes for a virtual team-building events company.
● A key project was to build Target Audience Cultural Event Calendar Profiling database to drive business intelligence for product innovation.
● Mapped out existing processes across event hosting, product innovation, product curation, product marketing, onboarding new hires & vendors, customer service & sales.
● Collected & analyzed data through surveys and interviews for redundancies, errors, costs, timelines & presented them to stakeholders in a clear and simple manner.
● Designed, documented & project managed the implementation of end-to-end process automation from lead generation to event execution.
● Facilitated forced ranking prioritization among stakeholders & collaborators to determine which processes need attention first.
● Optimization resulted in the co-founders being able to go hands-off from day to day processes, allowing them to focus on business strategy
