Work Experience
I joined Naamche early as a product designer to create user experiences for AI products and build a design team. I built the team, established design processes, revamped core products, and designed MVPs that raised millions.

In March 2022, I joined Naamche as a Product Designer. I started with design sprints to revamp core products, focusing on setting up design systems and processes.

In August 2022, I was promoted to Design Lead. I expanded my role to include hiring and mentoring designers. I also created a design team OS in Notion, automated hiring pipelines with Zapier, and developed a design career ladder.

In March 2023, I was promoted to Head of Design. I’m currently working on a product that uses AI to help people buy their dream home without paying any commission.
My two college friends and I founded Esfera, a design and marketing agency. Over two years, we collaborated with various clients to build their brands, apps, websites, and market them from the ground up.

In January 2020, we launched Esfera with the goal of becoming the largest design agency in South Asia within five years.

In March 2022, we co-founders decided to sunset Esfera. Baibhav, our CTO, joined Roam Research to work on tools for thought. Shristi, our CEO, went to Carnegie Mellon University to study Human-Computer Interaction. I joined Naamche to pursue my passion for product design, focusing on the intersection of AI and design.
Volunteering
LOCUS is a student-led tech organization in Nepal. They host a series of annual tech events, including the biggest technology exhibition of Nepal.
Volunteered for the Linux Terminal Server Project(LTSP) for monitoring and maintenance of e-libraries in various schools across Nepal.
