As a recruiter, I had to understand the needs of my consultants, their value, and understand their ability to successfully place them in an organization that benefits both the consultant and the end customer. I generated a net gross profit of $600,000 in the first year of production. I acknowledge gaps in client roles and have successfully placed consultants to fill those gaps.
