The NAMAN Platform is a collaborative initiative by IIIT-B and NIMHANS to bridge the mental health treatment gap in India. This groundbreaking project utilizes existing healthcare resources and technology to establish a taluka-level rural community mental health management system. With a tablet-based application, multilingual support, and offline capabilities, the platform covers screening, assessment, intervention, referral, rehabilitation, and program management. The phased deployment aims to screen 100% of the talukas( Belur & Munsiyari) population, making mental health services accessible and technologically advanced. Led the design initiative for Tele MANAS, a pioneering mental health platform launched by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, in October 2022. As the sole designer, I played a pivotal role in crafting the user experience of the Tele MANAS National Website & Counsellor's platform version 2.
This national initiative provides free and accessible tele-mental health services, featuring a toll-free helpline, state-specific resources, and a user-friendly interface. Recognized for its impact, the platform has received over 600,000 helpline calls and 200,000 website visits, addressing critical gaps in mental healthcare access across India.Technologies:-Typescript, Angular, HTML, CSS, Postgres SQL, Bootstrap

NotesKeeperOffline is a simple web app to keep and record the notes. The data are saved in the browser rather than sending over to the server, this leads to the privacy of data of the user. The key features are Create new notes Edit, view and delete previous notes Voice recognition to type the notes (only for PC, since google keyboard allows voice…). Emojipidea app built using React. User can type the emoji and find its meaning and description. Also has search functionality which needs to be improved further. Fully responsive web application. It currently uses hardcoded database with 6 categories of emojis 12 to 15 each. More can be added or an api/json can be used instead. Technologies:- HTML, CSS, React, Bootstrap, Material UI
Work Experience
Working under government project TeleManas EHRC- E health research center. Tell-MANAS aims to provide free tele-mental health services all over the country round the clock, particularly catering to people in remote or under-served areas.
