Mundo Galp web and app - B2C
My core responsibilities was to redesign the user experience of Mundo Galp mobile and web app. Additionally, I developed the BackOffice to facilitate the daily operations of the Marketing team by creating new campaigns.
Retail Portal - B2B
My core responsibilities was to designing and developing a Single Portal (Retail Portal) for a business support solution in the control and management of Cash and Oil in Galp's service areas in Portugal and Spain. The project is developed using the low-code programming tool (Outsystems).
Responsible for research and UI designer, collaboration with a cross-functional team, working from concept, validation, delivery, creative strategies by understanding business requirements and user needs to improve the performance of the company’s projects, including the development of Design Systems from scratch and all UX/UI-related documentation.. I worked on the "Eat for Fit" project, a platform for selling healthy meals. In this project, I applied fundamental UX Design principles and conducted user research with end customers to identify areas for improvement. Based on these insights, I implemented optimizations on the platform aimed at increasing sales and enhancing the user experience.
I worked at Gotcha with a multidiciplinar team on digital campaigns for Marba,Castelo, Carsystem, Salomao Zoppi, Corinthians Soccer Club. Responsible for create the strategy of campaigns and also creative layouts and concepts in social media and responsive web and mobile sites.
Responsible for developing the visual interface of websites, with the goal of ensuring an aesthetically pleasing and functional design. Created concepts and style guides, establishing consistent visual standards. Collaborated closely with the UX Designer to ensure that the interfaces were not only visually appealing but also provided an efficient and intuitive user experience.
The biggest project I worked was as a freelancer for the re-designer the website for Itaú (the major particular bank in Brazil) which took 8 months and allowed me to acquire a deep knowledge of financial products.
