Bubbles is your personal efficiency manager. In a rapidly changing world, it's hard to focus and remember information. Surrounded by information noise, we forget about real life.
A company specializing in software support and consulting approached me. Despite having significant resources, they decided to hire an external designer with a team. My task was to develop the app design and create the branding from scratch.
I studied the audience to identify the target group and developed the app that would serve as the foundation for the entire business. The core of the design was "simplicity," which defined our visual style. I created the website and visual communication, incorporating components that can easily scale as we grow.

Tone of Voice
The brand communication concept is built on simplicity and brevity. We save the customer's time in the app, so why not save it in our advertising as well. Communication with the user is like an inner voice, motivating and inspiring messages.

Design Process
A thorough analysis was conducted before the design process: who our target audience is, what problems our app solves, and how it stands out among competitors.
User Survey
A survey was conducted to understand users' problems. Qualitative research will help create the right product.
To create the target audience profile, 25 people were interviewed. These include active individuals, private entrepreneurs, and small to medium-sized business owners.
User Interviews
Interviews were conducted with people who matched the target audience profile. They were asked about the problems they face when keeping a diary, what they lack, and what would help simplify their work.
Competitor Analysis
I analyzed the competitors in the market to see if they have similar features to those identified in the interviews.
Map Project
I developed a product roadmap to streamline team collaboration. The roadmap enables all team members to see the big picture and expedite the development process at every level.
Product
Based on all the aforementioned stages and after conducting testing, we developed a user interface that is based on the conducted research.
During the development process, versions 1.0-1.6 and 2.0-2.6 were implemented, and 497 screens were designed.
The result
During our partnership, we developed a visual identity and conducted research. Our process included visual and analytical stages, which allowed us to take a fresh look at the product and create mobile and brand communications.
