● Sole designer responsible for all internal tools dedicated to Reddit's Safety Team and its operations. This includes creatingUX flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity deliverables for internal ticketing, investigation, and threat detection tools.

● Defined product strategy and roadmap for a new internal investigation tooling platform as a part of the company's IPO preparations. Executed by collaborating with xfn teams to build and ship experiences that delighted users.

● Led the update of Reddit's internal tooling design system, ensuring unity across platforms and removing foreign styling and components, facilitating seamless integration for other designers.

● Championed ecosystem thinking in the design process, fostering collaboration with xfn partners and highlighting the interconnected nature of different tools and workflows. This contributed to a strong research driven design culture.

● Frequently tackled ambiguous projects by breaking down complex user experiences with consideration for all types of user personas, customer needs, business needs, and touch points.

● Demonstrated a strong understanding in recognizing prevalent software patterns, effectively determining when to innovate or leverage existing standards
