  • Hired as the first in-house designer, responsible for the transition between an external consultancy firm and the in-house team;

  • Created and established all tools and processes in close collaboration with Product and Engineering;

  • Worked on key experience improvements, including refactors of the product information architecture and new navigation system, improved payment flow, and the introduction of modular dashboard structure;

  • Established the team hiring, onboarding and performance review processes in collaboration with the People team;

  • Drove the creation of frameworks for capturing user feedback alongside the Presales, Sales and Operations teams.

  • Responsible for managing projects in the Storefronts pillar, including the hosted storefronts visual builder;

  • Supported the development of other storefront management features;

  • Drove the optimisation of the platform onboarding process.

Cinalfama was born in 2009 as an informal project to show and share independent cinema in the streets of the Alfama district. Cinalfama's brand identity celebrates its journey from a small project to an established cultural platform.

2020

55+ is a social impact organization promoting an active lifestyle to older people who are no longer active in the workforce, offering them a marketplace for providing small services like repairs, gardening, and elderly assistance - among others.

2019

Save Your Wardrobe allows users to digitalize their wardrobe using proprietary Machine Learning. The app uses wardrobe data to offer personalized insights leading users toward a more sustainable fashion consumption pattern by prompting them to take small, meaningful actions.

Pulse is a sequencer and digital synth & app concept developed while attending the Digital Experience Design post-grad program.

Go Small or Stay Home was a personal, non-profit project developed during the first months of the Covid-19 crisis. The website offered a crowdsourced directory of small, essential businesses, providing users information and incentive to support small businesses of their neighborhoods.
