About

I help individuals working in high risk and high intensity careers achieve their peak potential. As the Global HR Advisor for Risk and previously Head of People for Citi's EMEA trading floor in London, I've worked closely with several traders and risk managers managing billions of dollars daily, from varied backgrounds to manage their emotions and thrive. I help my clients shine in and outside of the workplace by helping them identify their authentic self rather than hide behind homogeneity.

Outside work, I work with CXO's looking to transition to CEO roles, founders of Series A+ companies looking to scale and other high risk takers such as surgeons and traders.
