Recruitment Framework at Solarwinds

Internal project designed to set up a recruitment framework.
Project involved documenting the existing process, and coordinating with Engineering and HR teams to align business and system requirements with the market trends.

Solarprofile at Solarwinds (Hackathon)

As part of one of the participating teams in the hackathon, I've partnered with two Engineers to design a tool called "Solarprofile"
Some use cases of this tool:

  • new-joiner orientation tool (identify a buddy from existing employees, based on common interests and projected career path)
  • "kudos"-platform, a way to highlight individual contributions
  • tool that can be used to scan the distribution of employees specialized in various technologies throughout the organization (extracting skill matrix)
  • identifies training needs and possible future development plans

My tasks in the team:
