Responsible for reporting on the health of the APAC iTero sales operations by working closely with sales, marketing, operations and services teams. Responsible for creating SQL data pipelines and Power BI dashboards.

  • Developed sales performance dashboards to benchmark sales performance against forecasts, sales funnel stage progression, leads and demo conversion rates to provide a holistic view of APAC sales.

  • Conducted comprehensive analysis to measure the performance and impact of distributors, comparing gross margins between direct and indirect sales, sales volume and market penetration. Provided actionable insights on sales targets and pricing to optimize distributor partnerships.

  • Measured the effectiveness of various rental programs in driving sales by implementing a dashboard to measure revenue growth, utilization rates and automate customer invoicing.
