- Led a compact team of 4 members within the Product Design team, oversaw tasks progression, nurtured individual’s growth within a team, cultivated a high-performance team in an Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) environment.
- Managed over 10+ projects (Website Company Profile, Marketplace, Food Services, Delivery and Cargo, Umrah, Digital Products, and User Management) through the end-to-end design process, and one project experienced a remarkable success with a 1.201% increase in views and an 8.3% rise in users.
- Collaborated closely with Android Developer, Web Developer team, Business Development team, and Quality Assurance team.
- Enhanced data visualization in 3 B2B projects such as API Management Platform, Cluster Management System, and Account Management System to increase users and stakeholders satisfaction.
- Successfully revamp Task Managers Project by implementing inventive design solutions, resulting in a positively received outcome within the specified timeframe.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Software Development team and Project Manager.
