Projects
With the help of the CEO of the company, we created this Google Looker Studio dashboard to have a 360 view of our data and main business procedures and important metrics that we want to keep track of. For privacy reasons, I have taken screenshots instead of providing the link to the file.
This is a prsentation of a brainstorming of ideas for improvement of current processes used by the business. Email, Website, Lead Generation and Communication with the audience. Ths presentation was made solely by myself.
Side Projects
This was a part time gig that I did for the company mentioned, main responsibilites were to handle check ins, check that the apartments were properly cleaned and decorated, and make sure the customer experience was up to standards with the company.
Work Experience
A Publishing House that provides e-book novels to western adventure and romance enthusiasts, in the Amazon kindle programme. I am the head of marketing with responsibilities mainly of managing and creating Facebook Campaigns and analyzing the data to optimise for better performance and efficiency. Since March 2023 I've spent about 60.000$ on Facebook with this business. I've managed to drop costs of acquistion to a significant level from where they were before my arrival.
At this stage I had decided that I wanted to change the course of my carreer, and got into Digital Marketing. Facebook Ads especially, offering it as a service to ecommerce businesses within Greece. Some results from campaigns created by me are seen below. They are from two different e-commerce businesses.
From 2018 to the end of 2020 I worked at various resorts in the hospitality sector, started as a waiter and moved up to the position of head waiter and head bartender. Alexander The great at Paphos, Cyprus, and Nikki Beach Resort at Porto-Heli were the resorts that I worked at.
I gained the ability to work under pressure and handle responsibilities in those environments, with the main focus of the customer experience being up to standrds of the companies, while hitting upselling targets as well (wine bottles, champagne bottles etc.)
Education
In the span of the last 3 years I've taken courses in the fields of Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics 4, Google tag Manager (set up, report creation, data analysis)
I've not taken the certifications of those courses due to going hands on with the subjects right after finishing the courses.
