Senior UX/UI Designer in Hamburg, Germany, He/Him

About

Hi! I'm Alex Cortes.

I've been a UX/UI and product designer since 2015, but I've been working with design since 2009. That's over 10 years working in this area.

In moving from graphic design to user experience, I took advantage of my degree in social communication (with a focus on advertising) and a while later acquired a postgraduate certificate in user experience design to create intuitive products through design thinking and user experience strategy. I have led multidisciplinary teams in software development companies, contributed to start-ups and driven design innovation in various sectors.

I succeed in collaborative and diverse environments, tackling complex challenges where design plays a key role in improving lives through creativity, empathy and a clear understanding of user needs.
