About

I design and build digital products that are simple, intuitive, and built to last. With 10+ years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of running my own agency, launching a startup, and helping a scale-up become the leader in its market.

Whether you’re looking for a designer who can code or an engineer with an eye for design, I’d love to connect.

Projects

2022
Visitor Moment at Polestar

Leading the design for Visitor Moment, a digital assistant that empowers Polestar personnel worldwide. This tablet-first application ensures a seamless transition between physical and digital customer interactions. It functions as an internal information-sharing tool for employees, a CRM system, and an outreach platform to convert visitors into Polestar customers.

2021

Aider is a digital platform that makes it safe and easy for relatives or government‑appointed trustees to support those in need.

I was part of the small team of 3 that took Aider from idea to shipped product. I was in charge of the overall design process for our web and native apps as well as our design system. I also spent a lot of time building our interfaces in React and React Native.

2019

Halland is a small region along the coast of Sweden that relies heavily on tourism. When the pandemic hit we helped Region Halland release a digital tourist guide that reached over 60 000 downloads in the first 3 months and continues to grow.

A Day in Halland was featured in a lot of Swedens biggest news outlets (TV4, SVT) and got a lot of love from its users.

Side Projects

2021
Kypa at Kodverket

Built a MVP for a checkout system for bars and restaurants. The app is built with React, uses the Swish API and Firebase is used to store orders.

2019
Hinto at Digitaliseringsbyrån

Hinto is a nudging tool built for e-commerce. We built Hinto as a MVP and worked together with Dr Denim to test our hypothesis.

2018
Framebyte at Digitaliseringsbyrån

As a team, David Öhlin, Sebastian Marcusson, and I were always looking to try new things. Today companies spend hundreds of hours creating similar videos with different content for their advertisement platforms. We figured that a lot of the manual labor that goes into video creation could be automated. We decided to build a prototype and give it a shot.

Awards

2018
Stupid Hackathon Winner from Earth People

Me, David and Sebastian won Stupid Hackathon 2018 by building a voice controlled game.

Gothenburg

As a founder of Digitaliseringsbyrån I spent 4 years helping organizations define, design, and launch better digital products.

We've done so by enforcing a user-focused mindset and by testing our ideas early and frequently through prototyping and user testing.
