Led a workshop on enhancing a daily-use digital product's key path, covering mobile app and web app architecture, and guided the creation of a high-fidelity Figma prototype to then user test the flow with.

Powering 0 → 1 by building platform-wide features and value propositions along the lines of Scheduling for social media, Media asset management, Reviewing workflow and much more..

Led a team to define and execute the end-to-end platform experience of real-time video collaboration.

2023 — 2023
Bangalore/Remote

We built a real-time collaborative editor to enable cross-function teams and/or intra-team editors to work together in the same timeline to craft videos of tomorrow.

But not accommodating for building a vitamin instead of a painkiller got us thinking about how none of us knew how to sell of distribute the product we were building. Selling is much harder and much more monetarily draining than we expected it to be.

Directed growth and marketing for an all-in-one platform serving designepreneurs. It combined DAM and design proofing tools for streamlined communication, collateral management, and cash inflow.
