Spoke to 200 students on designing in fast-paced startups, identifying true stakeholders, shared a costly mistake that led to an 11 lakh loss, and millimetres of key learnings from 2 years of design experience.
Led a workshop on enhancing a daily-use digital product's key path, covering mobile app and web app architecture, and guided the creation of a high-fidelity Figma prototype to then user test the flow with.

Led a team to define and execute the end-to-end platform experience of real-time video collaboration.
We built a real-time collaborative editor to enable cross-function teams and/or intra-team editors to work together in the same timeline to craft videos of tomorrow.
But not accommodating for building a vitamin instead of a painkiller got us thinking about how none of us knew how to sell of distribute the product we were building. Selling is much harder and much more monetarily draining than we expected it to be.
Worked on building the profile page for the platform while also taking my very first steps into design systems.
Directed growth and marketing for an all-in-one platform serving designepreneurs. It combined DAM and design proofing tools for streamlined communication, collateral management, and cash inflow.
