I strategise products that benefit users and businesses. I focus on creating products with intuitive user experiences that drive engagement and conversion. Projects
Scope: To create a lite version of existing Customer Plus application, which will be deployed to countries where salesforce certification is invalid and to create digital transformation for Bayer Salespeople resulting in cost optimization.
Project Timeline: August 2023- Present
Responsibilities:

Conduced UX-UI audit on the existing application.

Presented Design challenges and potential future changes to internal stakeholders.

Modules of focus: Account Planning, Engagement Programs, Interaction Management, Sales Potential and Account Profile.

UI Enhancements created for the Engagement Program, Interaction Management, Sales Potential and Account Profile.

Identified objects (components displayed in the UI) to be created for the Account Planning module (New Module).

After identifying objects, created an Information Architecture for AC.

Ideated for challenges, novel ideas, and queries.

Created Lo-fi wireframes, presented them to internal stakeholders.

After bunch of review rounds, we finalized a set of Lo-fi wireframes.

Created hi-fi wireframes and prototypes.

Scope: To create a web portal for Distributors and Approval Manager to manage safety certificates required for exporting goods from other countries to China.
Project Timeline: May 2023- July 2023
Responsibilities:

Conduced stakeholder interviews with Bayer internal team to discuss the project scope.

Created user flow for both the personas to reflect our understanding

Created storyboards to understand any underlying gap between users and the process.

With the storyboard in hand, had couple of discussions with stakeholders to understand if anything is missing and scope for new features.

After identifying and creating a requirement list for the project, started with the lo-fi wireframes to get feedback from internal team and stakeholders.

Conducted 2 rounds of wireframe walkthrough with the client and incorporated any feedback as suggested.

After a final sign-off on wireframes, started working on Visual Design part.

Gave 1 round of walkthrough of the visual design to the client and client shared their sign-off through mail.

Handed off the Visual design UI and assets to the development team.
Scope: To create a customer management application for partners & growers starting with countries like Romania, Hungary, SA & USA.
Project Timeline: March 2022- Present
Responsibilities:

Conducting stakeholder interviews with Bayer internal team to discuss the project scope.

Information gathered from the KT sessions, interviews and documents were collated on Mural using affinity diagrams.

Created a task flow for the application.

After that, UX screens were created to ensure our understanding with the other teams as well as Bayer team.

By following Formative Design Approach, we started conducting sessions with Bayer team to get continuous feedback & incorporating the feedback.
New module in progress.
Scope: To create a redemption module for a track & trace application for Bayer Channel Partners & advisors.
Project Timeline: September 2022- February 2023
Responsibilities:

Going through KTs to understand work done so far by the team and a previous designer.

Creating a consistent and smooth customer experience for application, by carrying out same style & tone set by the previous designer.

Creating a redemption module based on business requirements and understanding technical feasibility.

Created a user flow for the entire module on Miro.
-
Based on the user flow, produced lo-fi UX wireframes for business approval.

Once the business approval was done, created visual design screens, and sent those to business for sign-off.

After the screens were signed off, handed over the assets & XD link to the development team.
Scope: Created a customer facing ‘Agency web portal’ to shift customers from legacy portal to Bayer system.
Project Timeline: September 2021- August 2022
Responsibilities:

Conducted stakeholder interviews with the Bayer ANZ Staff to understand their customers’ work better.

After interviews, collated all the data points in Word Doc first and later created analysis of data on Mural using different methods, such as affinity diagram, rose-thorn-bud etc

Started ideation phase, taking continuous feedback from Bayer PM Angela R and created UX Wireframes.

Then with the help of UX wireframes, took the input from the stakeholder on possible changes.

Based on feedback, created the final Visual Design wireframes. Sent it for sign-off.

After a successful sign-off, handed over the assets and screens to the development team. Were in loop with them to ensure design alignment.
Speaking
Conducted a KSS session on Gamification in Product design for the design team in Mumbai. Talked about the Octalysis Framweork and how designers can integrate different game techniques to maximize product potential and to create products that will stick.
Gave a summary of the book Hooked by Nir Eyal. We discussed the key points of the book, identified the strategies used by Nir Eyal, and brainstormed how we could use them in our own projects. We also discussed potential applications and case studies. This was an interactive session.
I discussed how factors such as the rise of AI, automation, and personalization have changed the way people interact with their cars and how they expect their cars to work. I also talked about how these technologies have caused a shift in the way automakers design their cars and how these changes will affect the future of user experience in the car industry.
Awards
Position: Secured a rank in the Global Top 30 finalists
I had participated as a team of 3 members in the Generative AI challenge hosted by Cognizant and powered by Bluebolt globally. We discussed how behavioural science can merge with Generative AI to create customised fitness solutions that promise sustainable personal growth.
Position- Won 3rd place in India
The hackathon involved hands-on experience with Power BI tool and creating a case study. We explored the data, identify trends and create visualizations. We also had the opportunity to receive guidance from experts in the field. Finally, we were judged on our work and the winners were announced.

Transitioned to a consulting role for a longstanding client after over two years as a UX Designer.
