Elevate is the largest software I have designed for Airbnb so far, requiring the consideration of numerous variables.
Elevate serves as a centralised platform for hosts to manage their services and make new requests. Before Elevate, quotes for a host were separated. They had to open all the links to check the progress of their shoots.
To ensure that I didn't overlook any potential improvements, I took on the role of a host for a week. This allowed me to personally experience the entire process, from accepting a quote to scheduling a photoshoot with an Airbnb photographer.
