Work Experience
My work focusses industrial IoT applications in connection with eCommerce. My solutions enable global B2B customers to monitor and maintain their industrial equipment in a user-friendly way. By integrating the online shop into customer applications, it was possible for the first time to monetize services and spare parts suggestions. The biggest challenge that had to be overcome was dealing with user experience guidelines and company interests.
As part of an interdisciplinary team, I was responsible for the UX design of the innovative Raydiax TACT computer tomograph, which allows non-invasive procedures.
Supporting daily work of the interaction design team: creating research, story- boards, illustrations, wireframes and click prototypes for e.g. Bosch, Hitachi and Krone. In another project, I created an in-house design system for development purposes.
Development of an innovative cleaning trolley tailored to professional use in pub- lic toilets. It combines advanced features such as steam cleaning, modularity and an intuitive UI for improved user-friendliness.
Development of a range of textile hygiene products with a special focus on face masks.
Creation of CAD models and collaboration in the design phase of future VR headsets, as well as development of an own project on the topic of an intelligent smartphone dolly.
Focus on projects in the areas of industrial, communication and UX design, with an emphasis on research and conceptualization.
