Driving impactful traveler-centered design across Expedia’s B2B2C products and services, enhancing user experiences in collaboration with leading brand partners such as Walmart+, Delta, United, Marriott, Royal Bank of Canada, TD Bank and more.
Led a team of 13 interdisciplinary SCAD students in collaboration with Deloitte’s Defense, Security & Justice Recruitment team. Together, we identified areas for improvement and opportunity spaces, culminating in the execution of an end-to-end future state service blueprint projecting in a 25% increase in efficiency in their recruitment process.
Collaborated closely with product and tech teams using Figma and Miro to design and prototype innovative solutions, enhancing user experience and streamlining the development process. This collaboration resulted in a 20% reduction in design-to-development time, saving the company and clients significant costs. Led the design vision, introduced new features, and overhauled the visual design for clients in Europe. Conceptualized, designed, prototyped, and launched a cross-platform responsive web app for podcasters.

Designed and created a digital and transparent invoice payment process for Mahindra Logistics Partners, enhancing visibility and reducing follow-ups. Studied user interactions with initial builds through interviews and A/B testing, uncovering pain points and patterns.
