Refer Wallet is a mobile platform owned by TGM Education. I was tasked with redesigning the current app that users can trust through visual elements and customized navigation to convey a sense of security and credibility of the platform to users.

I also refined the entire experience to a more simple, seamless, and intuitive navigation flow to enhance usability and added new features, such as Live Sessions, a Menu Section, Multiple Withdrawal Methods, Transaction History, In-app Customer Service and O.T.P Request at Login or Sign-Up.

Innovotio is a startup that mainly specializes in merchandise curation and additionally offers up-to-date training programs for tech beginners, as well as management services for tech events, tech talents and business consultancy.

As the Product Lead, I collaborated with my team to create a platform that aligns our product's vision & services to meet each of our clients & talents' needs.

• Lead the product team in creating the current product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company's business goals and market opportunities.

• Identified our target market and analysed client needs leading to a 6% Average revenue growth within a few months.

• Created a design guide that increased design efficiency and implementation up to 3x.

• Collaborated with developers on the Edutech platform and successfully onboarded 100 tech enthusiasts.

I was tasked with redesigning Refer Wallet, a platform owned by TGM Education. I worked on drastically improving the mobile interfaces and adding new features such as Tooltips, Live Sessions, a Menu Section, Multiple Withdrawal Methods, Transaction History, In-app Customer Service and O.T.P Request at Login or Sign-Up.

This new approach helped convey a sense of authenticity and credibility of the platform. Also, reducing major drop-offs.

INI Media is a subsidiary of INI Groups of Companies Incorporated with primary operations in Media & Entertainment, Consumer markets. Here, I work as a Principal Designer on a product called Mabi. Mabi is a pay-on-demand & subscription-based streaming service recognised worldwide.

It allows users to stream movies, TV shows, and original programming on demand. As a Principal Designer, my responsibilities include conducting and documenting proper customer research & competitive analysis, creating a detailed style guide, wireframes and high-fidelity designs for mobile, web and smart-tv.

Digit Insurance is one of the leading General Insurance companies in India on a mission to make Insurance simple for people.

• Worked on Student, Personal & Vehicle Insurance Policy Platform for mobile apps, mobile web & desktop.

• Designed a Customer Health Survey journey that improved user engagement by 12% in 2 months.

• Collaborated with Senior Designers to create a Vendor API Payment dashboard that allowed users access comprehensive details of their payouts.

• Effectively translated design requirements such as a QR Code Generator, Student Insurance Calculator, Insurance Calculators, Home Loan EMI Calculators, BMI Calculators and vital Digit Insurance Products (Car, Bike, Health & Fire Insurance).

OTIF is an online international freight and logistics services marketplace, newly defined and known as super grid logistics.

• Collaborated with the product and engineering teams to ensure optimal product, tech and design collaboration.

• Developed wireframes, interactive prototypes, specifications and other design documents to communicate design ideas and intent to teams.

CHAOSS is a Linux Foundation project focused on creating analytics and metrics to help define open-source community health.

Here, I collaborate with other designers to create wireframes & prototypes for the DEI Event Badging website for the CHAOSS Community.
