Compared to older generations, Gen-Z faces more dire financial challenges that do not meet their desire to explore the world.

For 18- to 24-year-olds who dare to backpack continents for the first time, they often do it on a shoestring budget, enabling the need for meticulous planning and leading many to embrace shopping for second-hand or “preloved” items.

We sought to help Gen-Z to stretch their extremely low budgets as far as they can.

People are changing careers — moving from one industry into a completely different one — more frequently than ever before. However, the path to a new job isn’t always clear. Many career transitioners find that there are jobs that seem like a great fit but seem out of reach, and others that they may not even know they have the skills for. This search can get even more complex when moving between industries.

We wanted to reduce the fear and confusion career transitioners face during a job transition by empowering them to understand their transferable skills by highlighting tech roles aligned with their backgrounds.

Sexual harassment in public spaces is an everyday occurrence for women and girls in every country around the world. This reality reduces women’s and girls’ freedom of movement and their enjoyment of cultural and recreational activities, and negatively impacts their health and well-being.

With this project, I wanted to provide a better way for women to participate openly in the lives of their friends and acquaintances while considering their unique, individual traits so that people could feel included and wanted in the relationships they had, and also, socialise and build networks in outdoor spaces in the way that their male counterparts do, by utilising a principle which women have used for decades: safety in numbers and a unifying purpose.
