Work Experience

During my tenure at AWS FinTech, I worked on designing enterprise software and internal tooling. Some of my responsibilities were but are not limited to:

→ Planning and facilitating workshops.
→ Planning and conducting research study plans.
→ User testing/planning, heuristic evaluations, synthesizing results into digestible storytelling.
→ Visual design, and validating experiences and interactions with prototypes.
→ I lead a pod of three designers.
→ Decreased analyst time of searching and pulling reports for cost allocation company-wide by 16 hours a week while increasing their productivity by 30%.

Realtor.com -
I worked with the Huge design group handling the Realtor.com account. The objectives and goals that we worked on were to solve for and define four major brand pillars—Control, Guidance, Intelligence, and Advocacy. This was achieved by facilitating a series of brand workshops that were synthesized into digestible documentation for the stakeholders.

2019 — 2020
Culver City, Ca

I facilitated strategic alignment with clients through frameworks such as workshops to define business objectives, goals, and measurable outcomes. I helped the internal team(s) understand stakeholders, customers, and end-users. I performed qualitative and quantitative research and turn them into digestible recommendations. I also executed rapid prototyping, to fine-tune the little big details for a polished experience on many initiatives.

2017 — 2019
Remote

My primary role is oriented toward early-stage, exploratory Product Design activities as well as the facilitation of design with non-designers. I also managed and lead a design team of 4-8 Product Designers. A big part of my role was allocated to participating and assisting in multiple Design Sprints. I also facilitated usability and A/B testing as well. I worked with top brands such as Verizon, Redbull Records, Sennheiser, Glide, WeWork, BBDO, and Waste Management.

2016 — 2017
Playa Vista, Ca

Art Directed multiple projects ranging from web applications to native applications. I produced and implemented company-wide design processes/documentation for client project implementation. The top clients I worked with were Jib Jab (StoryBots) and Virgin America.
