Work Experience

2023 — Now
VP of Product Design at PopStroke Technologies

I lead design for a new point of sale and hospitality platform that focuses on customer experience.

2022 — 2023
New York

As VP of Design, I guided a distributed team of designers and researchers building platform services and products for live events like London’s Hyde Park Winter Wonderland and the 2024 Paris Olympics. In late 2023 I decided to leave a wonderful team to pursue some new personal and professional projects.

2020 — 2021
New York

As part of the founding technology team for Wait What Inc, I helped launch an app and course framework for the award-winning business podcast Masters of Scale.

2017 — 2020
New York

I directed design for TED's video viewing experiences on web platforms reaching millions of people worldwide. I also led several other projects for the flagship TED conference in Vancouver and TEDGlobal in Edinburgh.

2011 — 2017
New York

Led UX and design for TED's content viewing experiences on web platforms.

2007 — 2011
Creative Director at Fanzter
Collinsville, CT

Founded by an ESPN executive, Fanzter was a bold startup with ideas ahead of its time. My team created an app enabling fan communities to form around products (and celebrities) they love by tagging them in any image on the Internet.

2005 — 2007
Bristol, CT

In 2005 I was promoted to direct design for more live game apps and special editorial projects in partnership with SportsCenter.
