Projects
Criskom is a company specializing in business assistance, particularly in shared crisis management. My focus is on developing realistic disaster scenarios. I create authentic TV newsreels related to these scenarios using AI, ensuring that actors play their roles convincingly. We then conduct and record a comprehensive crisis simulation using multiple cameras to capture every detail.
Gorilla Camper was established for renting out campers. Later, the development of travel stories was added.

May 12, 2018, Naomi won the World Title Kickboxing. The reason for taking up kickboxing was less pleasant. Naomi was severely bullied at both her primary and secondary schools. The bullying was not only mental but also physical, with bodily injuries being common. Reporting the incidents to the school and even the police solved nothing. Naomi needed a way out and to stop the bullies. This is where her introduction to kickboxing began. The little girl turned out to be a strong, disciplined individual who was accepted within a group for the first time. A new Naomi emerged, one who found her way through discipline and functional violence. However, she also understands its limitations. Kickboxing is still an underdog sport in the Netherlands, and Naomi wants to move forward and take the next step. Women's MMA is very popular worldwide and offers a good opportunity to generate an international income. Within six months of winning the World Kickboxing Title, she started her first MMA fight. Alongside the discipline required for this, there is still everyday life, which does not go without its hiccups. What does she expect, what should she do, and what should she avoid? Who are the people helping her? What is needed before she can begin her first MMA fight?

As a director I made various youth programs. Developed various leaders for other TV programs and was involved in the image of the TV channel and promotions.
The RoXY was renowned for its extravagant multimedia shows, which changed every six weeks, and its selective door policy—welcoming one day but denying entry the next unless you held a coveted membership. Inside, the atmosphere was vibrant, and the club inspired works like Joost Zwagerman's Gimmick.
Stylists Ruud van der Peijl and Jaap Hinten crafted its fashion shows. Performances were coordinated by Justus van Veen, with contributions from artists like Geoff Miller and a decor team led by Nieko de Jong and Matthew Whitehead.
Under the leadership of Giele and Inez de Jong, the RoXY amassed a significant art collection featuring works by Rob Scholte, Erwin Olaf, and others.
The light played an important role and was part of the decor. The lighting team consisted of James Di Angelo (management) and lighting designers Robert Blokland, Adriaan Albers, Marcel Visser, Linda Hendriks, Patrick van Exel.
