This Tableau visualization shows the top 50 world’s highest-paid athletes of 2023. Here, I made use of treemaps to show the breakdown of each athlete’s earnings. I also included some interesting facts I observed in this dataset. Did you know that Serena Williams is the only woman on the list, ranking 49th?

I worked on the data extraction and analysis for our first infographic, which highlights the top industries that users share their identity data with, leveraging Mono’s APIs. I collaborated with the design and the marketing team to achieve this.

This dataset collects information from 100k medical appointments in Brazil and is focused on the question of whether or not patients show up for their appointments.

I made use of Jupyter Notebook, Python, Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib and Seaborn for this project.

A Tableau Visualization

Over the years, the USD to Naira exchange rate has increased significantly. From February 2023 to the 18th of December 2023 alone, there has been an increase of 63.20%, resulting in the current rate of 1,221.33 naira per dollar. This means that any amount saved or invested in February has appreciated by 63.20%, showing the high devaluation of the Nigerian Naira, and its impact on the value of savings and investments over the years.

It's interesting to note that the first recorded spike in the exchange rate dates back to 2016 with an increase of 43.27% compared to the previous year.

• Created and monitored partner dashboards, product, growth and marketing reports, weekly using data analysis and this improved customer retention by 25%.

• Manage 15-20 key partners at Mono by providing service support, maintaining good relationships, and analysing internal data to maximise retention and, in turn, increase the company’s revenue.

• Monitor product funnels and drop-off behaviours using Amplitude which has reduced churn by 13%.

• Observed trends in partner’s API usage using Metabase, created a system to reduce churn and won back up to 20 businesses within a quarter.

• Collaborated with the compliance, marketing teams to analyse the onboarding process which led to an increase in account sign-ups by 20%.

• Built an Upselling framework using Excel and Metabase and led the strategy to upsell other products, product features, and higher pricing plans to customers, increasing the company’s revenue by converting as many as 25 businesses in two quarters.

• Onboarded up to 5 new partners per week by helping with product thinking, product walkthroughs and product articles for the successful integration of Mono’s products.

• Worked with a team of 12 product managers and engineers to resolve customer issues by analyzing data, troubleshooting and testing products.

• Led the product thinking, documentation, management and walkthroughs of the Mono issuing product (a product that allows businesses to leverage Mono’s APIs to issue virtual accounts and virtual cards to their customers), onboarding up to 50 customers.

• Upsold the product to new businesses and doubled the company’s revenue.

• Conducted product knowledge sessions to enable the Sales and Partner Operations team of eight to successfully onboard partners to make use of Mono Issuing.

-Analyzing defects data with Excel to check for trends and determine corrective actions.

• I developed a daily collation order sheet with Excel, used in tracking orders.

• Using Excel, I came up with a mass balancing process for the chemicals used in production and created a calculator to aid the balancing process.

• Reviewed existing faulty processes on the production floor and proferred solutions.

• Monitored and analyzed the daily production records of different units to ensure variance compliance.

• Developed an excel template to calculate and analyze the overall efficiencies of machines.

• Supervised and managed industrial trainees in my unit.
