As a research assistant at Fraunhofer IZFP, I am currently supporting the description and prototypical implementation of digital twins with a focus on material and quality properties of components. Working closely with leading experts in nondestructive testing, I am responsible for developing and implementing digital twin models using a variety of technologies, including advanced analytics, machine learning, and simulation tools. Through my work, I have been able to significantly improve my computer science skills, particularly in areas such as data analysis, programming, and software development. By using a range of tools and techniques, I have gained practical experience in applying computer science concepts to real-world problems, and have learned to analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns. In addition to improving my technical skills, working at Fraunhofer IZFP has also provided me with a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research in the field of nondestructive testing.
