Focused on Brand & Partnerships and Events for ShopBack Payments and Online Affiliates.

• Managed and launched 2023 ION Orchard x ShopBack partnership to drive partner app downloads and ShopBack user acquisition and retention

• Led ShopBack's first Creator Community event and amplified ShopBack's awareness to ~280K reach across social channels; secured 2 event artists' collaborations and 8 new 2024 KOL leads

• Directed ShopBack's 9th Birthday Creative Direction and Event Customer Journey & VM; achieved 118% from targeted new ShopBack users, with 310K media impressions

• Lead Pop Toy Show 2023 x ShopBack Creative Direction, Customer Journey and Event VM; achieved 144% and 244% from projected GMV (sales) and new ShopBack users during the 2-day event respectively

• Managed vendor relations and conversations to execute programmes and operational planning for Retail, Brand & Partnership events

• Managed quarterly offline event budgets, with at least 10% cost reduction

Focused on retail planning and merchant activations for ShopBack Payments.

• Spearheaded more than 10 merchant retail activations and drove at least 10% new Pay & PayLater users & 25% order uplift, with 15% cost reduction overall

• Spearheaded retail inventory tracking system for overall team efficiency

• Kickstarted retail rollouts & assisted with the introduction of retail request SOP (POSM, Retail Activation requests)

• Spearheaded POSM template design refreshments to solidify retail presence, resulted in a significant uplift in brand recognition after new designs were rolled out

• Managed internal coordination & conversations from start to end to ensure smooth operational rollout of POSM to 1,600 merchant outlets for ShopBack PayLater launch

• Overseen and led the Creative Direction of the campaign, OOH planning & execution, online and offline channel planning

• Maintained conversations to keep consistency in ShopBack branding, in collaboration with CapitaLand's branding guidelines for co-branding efforts

• Led Event planning & execution; facilitated smooth onboarding for partner and event deployment from in-app Ticketing to ShopBack Pay on-ground

• Managed and secured 9 ShopBack merchants as part of Artbox 2024's ShopBack merchant line-up; 3 newly-signed leads via the event weekends

• Achieved 68% Ticketing sales and 300% GMV uplift ShopBack Pay transactions as compared to 2023's Artbox x ShopBack performance

• Led in project management, planning & execution of online channel planning
