Work Experience
As a part of UX digital team, I design solutions for various products— from banking and insurance to mail and travel services. My role spans a wide spectrum, from running A/B tests to improve conversion rates, designing user funnels and dashboards, to managing design system and working closely with third-party partners.
Some of the outcomes:
— Increased conversion and engagement in travel products by running A/B test initiatives, achieving a +10% increase in conversion rate and setting a 3-year record in travel insurance share.
— Structured and updated 70% of the design system, automating workflows for a digital team of 5 designers, reducing QA time, and enhancing cross-functional collaboration with CMS and devs.
Designed B2C and SaaS products within a dynamic, fast-paced design team at a CSSDA award-winning studio, translating diverse clients' business objectives and user requirements into trend-led, user-centred products.
Led the design of a multimedia dashboard and CRM system in a stealth-mode startup. Partnered with the product manager to define user needs and solutions, and developers to refine designs and ensure usability and accessibility.
Designed web and mobile products across food, retail, and entertainment industries, reducing task completion time by 57% for a dessert purchasing flow, defining a design strategy for a mental health subscription service through surveys with 100+ participants, and co-founding an iOS app that achieved a 4.6/5 interest rating before handoff to development.
Collaborated with two startups in Silicon Valley to enhance their user experience: a portable streaming projector for kids with 75,000+ users and an ed-tech coding platform for young adults.
